A look into our creative world.
Explore a Curated Collection of Our Past Work
Meet Oma Erna, a historic house located in Starkenburg with sweeping views over the deep forest and the surrounding protected heritage area of the Burgruine Starkenburg castle.
For this project, we combined carefully selected photography with cinematic videography to capture the unique character of the property and its remarkable setting. From aerial perspectives that reveal its position within the landscape, to atmospheric video sequences that highlight its history and architectural details, every element was created with intention.
By blending detail-focused imagery with wide-angle compositions and cinematic motion work, we were able to emphasize both the authenticity of the house and the vision of the client. The result is a cohesive visual story that reflects the atmosphere, heritage, and experience of Oma Erna.

Oma Erna
For this project, the client wanted to showcase the complete character of the cottage, from its entrance and architectural details to its elevated position within the landscape. To achieve this, we created a continuous aerial sequence designed to reveal the property in a natural and immersive way, allowing viewers to understand both the house and its surroundings without interruption.
The flight path was carefully planned to highlight the cottage from multiple perspectives, showcasing its location, unique features, and relationship with the environment. Smooth altitude changes, controlled camera movements, and gradual reveals were used to create a sense of exploration while maintaining a calm and inviting pace.
A key focus of the video was the property's exceptional setting. The final sequences emphasize one of its strongest selling points: the contrast between the Mosel River on one side and the surrounding mountains and forests on the other. By combining slower cinematic movements with more dynamic aerial transitions, the video captures the rustic charm of the cottage while keeping the viewer engaged throughout the experience.
Oma Erna – Interior & Exterior Photography
For the interior and exterior photography of Oma Erna, a mixed-media approach was used throughout the editing and production process to preserve and enhance the authentic feeling of the house. The aim was to maintain its original character while translating its atmosphere into a clean and cohesive visual series.
Wide-angle compositions were combined with detailed portrait-style shots to capture both the structure of the space and the small elements that give it its charm. From exterior views of the historic building within its natural surroundings to indoor ambient scenes, every image was carefully crafted to feel consistent and connected, highlighting not only the layout of the house but also its unique personality.
Throughout the entire process, special attention was given to ensuring that the essence of the property was faithfully represented, allowing the client’s vision and the spirit of the house to come through in every frame.
